May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Our Health Educator, Daniel, took to the radio to share some practices and resources to promote mental wellbeing.

It’s important that we take as much care of our minds as we do our bodies. This can be challenging given the pace of everyday routines and stigmas surrounding mental illness, but there is help and support available.
